Refund policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day period starts from the day you (or someone you designate) receives the item.
📦 How to return your product:

Email us at info@enove.shop to initiate the return process.

Carefully package the item and include the completed return form (Download).

Send the parcel insured with tracking to the address provided in that form.
🔁 Conditions for refund:

The item must be unused, clean, and in original condition.

The return must arrive within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).

💸 Refunds:
