This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser only. It is non-transferable.

The final solution depends on the product, the defect and availability.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by external factors such as water, heat, impact or improper storage

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Please do not return any product before contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

• The warranty period starts on the date of purchase.
• A replacement or repaired product does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
• This warranty applies only to eligible ENOVE products purchased directly from our official online store or from authorized ENOVE sales channels.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights. Your legal rights, including statutory warranty rights, are not limited by this warranty.
